Beyond The Classroom
The Institute extends teaching-learning activities beyond the classrooms in the form of sub group discussions, seminars, symposia, and visits to industries. A great deal of emphasis is laid on perfecting brain skills with the help of gadgets like Overhead Projectors, Slide Projectors and other such audio visual aids.
Guest Lectures:
Special guest lectures and workshops will be arranged in the area of meditation, Indian culture, human values, leadership, lateral thinking skills and emotional intelligence. The students are also encouraged to present seminars to fine tune their comprehension and expression skills.
Parents-Institute Interaction:
The in-house examination pattern for each semester comprises of two Unit Tests and a Pre Final Examination designed on the pattern of Final Semester Examinations, as conducted by The Institution of Engineers (India) and Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE). At the end of Unit Tests, feedback reports are forwarded to the parents along with student's performance and attendance records. Also, the parents / guardians visiting the Institute are interacted regarding ward's profile with special emphasis on individual's academic records. At the same time, ways and means to further improve student's performance are discussed covering all aspects. Institute endeavors its best to implement the suggestions brought forward by parents / guardians, as a result of these regular interactions.
Technical Visits:
To keep the students well informed and provide opportunities to familiarize them with practical aspects of their classroom studies, the Institute arranges technical visits to various reputed and well established private as well as government workshops, industries and educational institutes.
These technical visits prove to be extremely useful and students can take full advantages by way of acquiring practical knowledge.
Placement Cell:
The Institute imparts the very best of technical education to the students. But this would be of no avail if they don't get the right opportunities to excel the real world. A full fledged placement cell and counseling center will be established for the students to help them forward their bio-datas and keep them posted on available career prospects. Corporate relations will also be established with leading institutions and organizations
