Dear Aspirant,
This is an established fact that passing examinations is an uphill
task. It is like hard nuts to crack. Moreover, these are becoming tougher by each
passing day. It is beyond the limits of local tutors to cope with new challenges
emerging from the restructured examinations and education for the same. Also, you
have to squander a lot of time in selecting good books/journals to cover entire
syllabus. Keeping this in view, we have been providing total quality course and
are thrilled to receive an overwhelming response from aspirants.
I would like to introduce THE ENGINEERS ACADEMY as one of the
well equipped, highly skilled staff and most efficiently managed Institutes in the
field of Engineering. With an aim to achieve the highest level of concentration,
determination and commitment of students, the management of this Institute has always
been endeavoring to provide best teaching faculties, exceptional environment and
excellent infrastructure. Same has been effectively instrumental to ensure nurturing
of essential attributes to empower the young and upcoming individual's mind with
sense of competition. This has been possible only through well planned, disciplined
and systematic approach followed at all levels, which includes top management, teaching
faculties and also the most capable administrative staff.
Mission of this Institute has always been to transform young and energetic
students into highly knowledgeable, confident and professional engineers to meet
futuristic challenges of highly competitive world by imparting intensive studies,
practical training through well established Computer Laboratories, thorough and
appropriate guidance and most vigorous sense of discipline as an holistic approach
towards overall development of the students.
This is the first year of the Institute as it started functioning since
June 2007. However, with the past experience and expertise of the Founder Directors
and Technical Director in running similar type of Institutes at other places, Institute
has taken off in an highly satisfying manner in the beginning year itself. I am
sure that the Institute will excel very rapidly and would not only aim but also
achieve results from initial stages, highly comparable to other various Institutes
in the same field, existing already for last couple of years.
Engineering education must evolve to keep pace with mighty changes
occurring today in business, industry, and society. Engineers must develop attributes
and knowledge beyond traditional constraints of the classroom. Engineering education
must be designed to accommodate current trends and future needs. We must enhance
the flexibility of curricula. Engineering education must create more connections
and stronger partnership with the global society in which we are embedded. We must
examine the relevance of curricula and strive for fulfillment of college and professional
missions.
Rather than defining handsome, it is usually said that 'handsome is
what handsome does'. Extending the simile, it is difficult to fully articulate
all that goes into the making of a good engineer or professional. On a macro level
we can say that an engineer or professional has to be a good human being, a good
citizen, a good offspring who makes his/her parents proud and one that believes
in his/her capabilities. This calls for grooming students in a variety of spheres
with special emphasis on an inquisitive and analytical mind, a desire to apply what
one learns, update the knowledge base, a strong sense of integrity and commitment
to common good. TEA, as an institution, strives to shape engineers and professional
who can excel in their field. The emphasis is on developing a well-rounded personality
in the students who will be trained to be prudent and practical with an ability
to balance dreams/vision with ground realities and constraints. Our philosophy is
that 'students must learn'. The process of learning is not just class room
learning but encompasses a wider spectrum of activities predicated on compassion,
interaction, dialogue and commitment. I wish all the students, faculty and staff
of TEA the very best in all spheres of activity.
Success comes from hard work and sincere effort. In today's world of
globalization and all round competition one has to excel to be counted. It is our
dream to raise TEA at a national status. This can and will be achieved through the
efforts of our faculty, staff and all the students. It is for sure that our students
when they pass through the portals of TEA, will forever remain proud of the fact
that they were here.
-Director,
The Engineers Academy (TEA).

The Dreams Comes True... |
|
One of the principle thought of Dhirubhai H. Ambani is |
|
“Give the youth a proper environment. Motivate them. Extend them the support they
need. Each one of them has infinite source of energy. They will deliver.”
It was a dream seen by the great man of “Gurvi Gujarat”. He wanted Gujarat to elevate
high in the world of new technologies and attain a great position in the engineering
arena.
And this inspired us to add in our contribution in the fulfillment of his dream
by providing the real engineering world to the students of Gujarat and to cater
the needs of many engineering disciplines
Our vision grew and our commitment augmented and these all aspects provided a pedestal
for a new initiative towards success and attainment which consequences today as
THE ENGINEERS ACADEMY.
We, advise you to go through the Information carefully & select the elite course
of your choice. As the admissions would be granted strictly on ‘first come first
serve basis, so quick initiative is essential. |

SUCCESS is a tradition at THE ENGINEERS ACADEMY. |

“Remember, only when you dream it, you can do it.” |
