The city of Ahmedabad, also called as Manchester of the East, is situated in the western part of the country. It is the largest city of Gujarat and the seventh largest city of India. It is the educational, industrial and financial capital of Gujarat. It is now a mega city with a population of more than 5 millions. The city provides a good platform for the industrial and IT development of the state.
